Over the father's day weekend, I got a call from my tenant that the toilet developed a leak from the tank. It's a headache and I felt my stress level go up. I asked friends for referral as I didn't trust using these bigger brands. None of the referral panned out as it was on a weekend, especially holiday weekend. As a last resort, I called Southwest Plumbing. I was told they could have someone out on the Sunday (next day, as I called at 10pm). Bob came out, gave me the price (no obligation), and it's probably more than what it would cost me to do it (probably 2x or 3x more but it would've been my time and also it'll be inconvenient to the tenant). He went above and beyond, took care of everything, and left everyone with peace of mind. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.
