Review content:
THE WORST service of any jeweler I've ever contacted. My fiancé and I went in to view a collection by a designer that's not offered anywhere else in the state. We spoke with Meri who seemed as enthusiastic as we were at the time. We were looking for a specific design (which she didn't even know they had until we spotted it). THAT DAY we requested a wax for the ring so we could see what it looked like with a different shaped diamond. She stated she would contact them and let us know as soon as possible. Four weeks later, and after many emails, which felt like badgering, as Meri was very sporadic and unreliable in her responses (we pretty much had to beg her to take our money), we finally got the wax. And it looked like crap. There's no way that came from the designer. On top of that, they tried to sell us a diamond that could euphemistically be called overpriced. They must not have thought we'd do our research. A friend of mine warned me about them, since she had a similarly awful experience, and I wish I would have listened. Now we're just frustrated and out $150. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else.
