He immediately diagnosed the problem with my bathtub and gave me a list of viable options to resolve the issue. Then, he walked me through the process as he fixed the pipes under my kitchen sink with a thorough explanation. Within fifteen minutes, he was done and the work was excellent. I will not forget his saying "you have to have the right tools for the job" - tools make a huge difference. Thank you Mr. BJ for the superb work and a crash course in Plumbing 101!
