Review content:
Dixon was sent to check out our malfunctioning garage door. After suggesting a quick fix that ultimately didn't work, he was able to resurrect our garage door opener in 20 minutes. He gave us an honest assessment of the situation (the motor in the opener is on its last legs) and gave us several recommendations for replacing it. He was friendly and professional. We'll definitely have him/them install the new opener in the near future.
