I have used 2 other companies prior to this garage door company and never realized how much they had been cheating me of my money. Not only did they over charge me but they did not fix my garage door properly which was the reason that I had to keep calling them to fix it. After their technicians touched my garage door it has not messed up and it has been about 3 months which is record breaking from the last time. This company is the REAL DEAL!! Travis is the owner of the company and he does all the work, so you know what you are getting. He obviously knows everything there is to know about garage doors. He offered to fix my old openers and adjust the doors for a very reasonable cost, but I was interested in putting in new openers (mine were 20 years old). He started taking the old ones apart while I ran to Lowe's and picked up the model he recommended and now he's installing them (again at a very reasonable price). This guy is trustworthy and friendly and wants to help people out. I only regret that I didn't find out about him 10 years ago!! Whether you're installing new doors, new openers, or just adjusting the existing set-up Travis will be a breath of fresh air with his honest and straightforward approach to dealing with customers. He isn't even finished with my project and I was compelled to write this because I was so impressed with his work. more

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more

Dixon was sent to check out our malfunctioning garage door. After suggesting a quick fix that ultimately didn't work, he was able to resurrect our garage door opener in 20 minutes. He gave us an honest assessment of the situation (the motor in the opener is on its last legs) and gave us several recommendations for replacing it. He was friendly and professional. We'll definitely have him/them install the new opener in the near future. more
