Review content:
Everytime I have gone in they seem to only address the problem and nothing more. For instance. This last visit they found a damaged coil and module from a short. They fixed it, great. However, they didnt question what caused the short. It was not until after I had picked up my vehicle, only to have my engine light come on, and then have to go back again that they said my spark plugs and wires needed changing and that is what probably cause the coil issue and could make it happen again, which cost me who knows how much more in additional labor and the additional hastle of having to return yet a third time in same week. All of that despite having even asked to have a overall inspection/safety check done. Very little info or detail given on the items they did find in inspection like actual status/seriousness of different issues. Would have been nice to have been told things like"this needs to happen asap" or "brakes have about 15,000" instead of simply "this needs to be done". Be up front and give customers info (without them having to ask and pry for it) to make their own decisions and so that they can budget/plan, you might earn their loyalty and respect a little easier that way. I will say that when I went back today, Eric, who seemed to have done all the work on my car but does not work the service counter happened to come up and was extremely helpful answered all my questions, gave me some advice on taking care of some other things as well. Would like to give Eric opportunity to work on car again in future as he seems like decent/trustworthy guy, but not knowing how much is him following directions, his own doing, other mechanics, and my previous experiences especially with general professionalism at front counter make me hesitant. I say yes to recommending, but i would suggest asking to speak to mechanic directly and be prepared to ask questions to get info. I know I will only be returning if I can specifically do buisness with Eric.
