Good dealership 2/5/2014

My experience was very good at this dealership. My family has done business with this dealership and the dealers working here for years and has always been outstanding. Tom may need to familiarize himself a little more with features included in the vehicle but over all is very good at his job. Very accommodating ever since. Awesome. more

Had an awesome customer service 2/3/2014

I am impressed with the amount of time that Art spent on me to assure that I received a car that I was truly happy with. In addition to that, Moe made me a deal that I just could not refuse (he had some competation). I am very pleased with my new car as well as Napleton. Many kudos from me and business in the future. I will surely pass on the word to family and friends! more

Customer loyalty 1/29/2014

Have had the most enjoyable experience with Mr. Barrera. Have purchased many autos, from other dealers, would never go back to any of them. Will be back to this dealership and work with him in the future. Most pleasant personality, and respectful as anyone I have encountered. I Thank him for all his help. He is five star. Made what I wanted 1/15/2014

I passed the dealership and saw a vehicle I liked. Called the next morning. I talked to Reggie told him what I had to spend. I explained I would test drive the car and leave it in his hands. They made the deal happen. Hopefully within a few minutes I will be driving out. Great car and great service. more
