By far Glenn B. has been the best Service Specialist we've had to our home from Rescue Rooter. Glenn didn't "dance" around the problem. He just told us what we needed and fixed it. I will give Glenn a 5 Star Rating but Rescue Rooter still can't seem to keep a schedule. I called 4 days in advance to make my appointment and they still called us three times to push out our appointment. I can't fault Glenn for that. Ask for Glenn B. when you make your appointment. He' friendly and very personable. SERIOUSLY!
