Recently I had a fairly serious plumbing problem with the sewer line leading from my home to the street. I called Rescue Rooter - Bay Area South and was delighted that I was able to get same day service. All the folks at Rescue Rooter were helpful, professional and considerate in the manner in which they handled my plumbing problem, but Dwayne B. was especially sensitive & kind. He answered all of my questions, explained every step of the needed processes, handled the city for the necessary permit and did a dirty job with a smile. Rescue Rooter will continue to be my regular plumbing provider and Dwayne B. will be my go-to guy for plumbing issues. A giant thank you to Rescue Rooter and to Dwayne B. more

Awesome work with customer service... 10/2/2015

Rescue Rooter service technician Atanas a wonderful job repairing our front and rear pipes/hose bibs. With his attitude and hard work, he made sure everything was done right the first time. The water leak was extremely costing us so much in our water bill and Atanas made sure that was going to stop. Everything works great now, no water leaks...saving us tons $$$. Keep up the great work and attitude Atanas...well deserving. I will definitely use Rescue Rooter for all future plumbing issues and will make sure to request Atanas as the technician. Thanks again!!! more

Dwayne had to take care of a sewer blockage problem at my house in the middle of a very hot day. He explained everything that was needed and the cost therein. He answered all my questions, was very nice, and professional. It took some time but the blockages were cleared; there were two blockages. I appreciate the work he did and would recommend him to others. more

Rescue Rooter's Atanas 8/31/2015

Rescue Rooter (Bill and Atanas) helped us fixing a critical leak in the main water line. Atanas worked very diligently through a maze of sprinkler pipes and bush roots, to isolate the corroded pipe and unscrew it from the equally old and rusty horizontal line. He re-built both the water pipe and the sprinkler lines, with a better clearance from the garage wall, and installed better valves. It was a very delicate operation because of the state of the pipes and the very narrow space. After more than 7 hours of work, the water line was restored. Thanks to Atanas and Bill for the prompt and excellent service. more

Excellent Service 7/5/2015

Tim came two hours after I called and fixed a clogged drain for our kitchen. Fast and very neat. He left the sink and area under the sink spotless and dry! Really nice guy. Outstanding work. And they honored the $88 special and gave me the 10% senior discount! These guys are the best. more

Great plumbing service! 4/26/2015

Our water softener sprung a leak Sunday evening. We were worried we couldn't get plumbing help at that hour but Rescue Rooter was very professional. They gave us a expected window for service and kept to it. Tim came out at 11pm and fixed our problem, to our relief. Thanks Tim! more

Outstanding performance by Raphael Alvarez Sr. 4/7/2015

Raphael was called in to perform a clean out of our sewage line. We also opted for the hydro-jet (warthog) cleaning. He took time to explain the process, showed me the camera view of the pipes, etc. After inspection of inside plumbing, I opted to reconfigure our kitchen sink plumbing (switch the side our disposal was attached, etc). The job ended up larger than expected since our sinks and pipes were very old, corroded, and in some cases pipes broke. No surprise here. However, Raphael kept at it and when the job was completed, it was a job well done. more

emergency plumbing repair 2/13/2015

All of our drains were backed up. Oscar arrived quickly after our call. Oscar assessed the situation and said it was the main line and he needed to remove a toilet and run the 100 ft snake through the main drain. It worked. He worked efficiently and expertly and replaced the toilet exactly like it was. He checked all the other drains and cleaned everywhere. He did an amazing job and it took just about two hours. more
