I was happy with the service of of this location for my cat. My first experience was for his annual check up and vaccinations. As I was considering boarding him later in the year (2009) I was told he would need a particular vaccination requiring a follow up appointment and was dissappointed to be charged another health check fee at that appointment however I like the service and care they provide my pet. I did board him here for 5 nights in Sep 09 and he seemed well cared for and I had no issues. I called while I was away to check on him and the office staff did not seem to mind that I called which eased my mind, being over 15,000 miles away! Prices are high but services so far have been great!
