I had several cats that used to go to the Cat Hospital. Dr. Shanker helped one when major surgery was required. He did an excellent job. The same cat later died of kidney failure there after having been there for a week or so. We eventually had to have him put down. The staff was not very compassionate when this happened. In fact, I found the front desk staff there to be somewhat unfriendly and they would almost act as if they were doing you a favor at times. This place is also quite pricey. For these reasons, I have not taken my new cat there.
