I have purchased beauty products from this company over the past 3 years, and to date, although delivery has been slow on one particular occasion, overall I have been happy with this service. I am not sure whether the company has changed management, however on this occasion it has been two months waiting for my product to be sent to me in Australia, and despite over a dozen emails querying the delay in shipping and receipt of the goods I purchased, I have been ignored, with no response at all. I am now over $100 out of pocket unfortunately. Bitterly disappointed with the complete disregard of my communications, and hence will no longer use their online store.
