I do not recommend:\r I have purchased beauty products from this company over the past 3 years, and to date, although delivery has been slow on one particular occasion, overall I have been happy with this service. I am not sure whether the company has changed management, however on this occasion it has been two months waiting for my product to be sent to me in Australia, and despite over a dozen emails querying the delay in shipping and receipt of the goods I purchased, I have been ignored, with no response at all. I am now over $100 out of pocket unfortunately. Bitterly disappointed with the complete disregard of my communications, and hence will no longer use their online store. more

Not True to Their Sales ""pitch"" 5/8/2013

I am just writing to revise my previous review of Bella Derma which was not the best. Since that time I have become a loyal and very happy client. I have had FABULOUS service from both Judy and Gail and they have made me look simply marvelous. This is truly my hidden secret:) Both of these ladies work with my crazy schedule to make sure I can be seen when I call. I had a microdermabrasion and the non surgical face lift the other day and my skin was so rejuvenated and so brilliant looking even strangers were commenting. The location is so convenient day and night there is always plenty of parking. The group of women that work there are so refreshing and knowledgeable oh and the new SPF of 50 is amazing it comes in a little blue box!Better than Tiffany's anything! You simply must GO! Pros: Great Staff, My skin is amazing Cons: I can't go everyday more

The owners are nurses so you know you are getting the best advice and care. If you want your skin to look its best you need to check out their services and products. Everyone is friendly and you won't feel intimidated or uncomfortable. Before you try another place go here first. You won't be disappointed! Pros: Results not just promises more

No Question...The Best 10/3/2009

Do yourself a favor and make your hair removal easy, painless and most importantly, EFFECTIVE, by going to Bella Derma in Braintree. I have been going for electrolosys and laser hair removal for years (nearly 20 combined.) I can't imagine the amount of money I have spent. In 1 treatment, Judi changed everything for me. I noticed a 100% removal and difference. No side effects. Pros: Effective and Fewer Treatements more

Treats without the Calories 9/29/2009

This is the best thing I've done in years! After years and hundreds of dollars worth of electrolysis treatments I still had unwanted hair. The thoughts of growing older and possibly being unable to continuously control the hair growth made me concerned. The daily routine of trying to remove unwanted hair was ridiculas. I asked my husband for a Christmas gift certificate, rather than treat myself. Finally, laser hair removal solved my problem. In four easy treatments my problem was disappearing...six treatments and it was gone! Thank you Bella Derma! Pros: Confidence Boost/Time Saving more

Bella Derma has helped me regain my confidence, it's like nothing else. I already wrote a review, but I forgot to add that, the women who work there are all certified nurses!! I was very much put at ease when I found that out. Judy is the women who has taken care of me with my laser hair removal, and she's been so informative and helpful. She's my little beauty angel!!! I would strongly encourage anyone who doesn't want to ""hide her face anymore"" to go to Bella Derma. They do much more than just laser hair removal too!!! Pros: fast and easy more

My life has been changed!!!! 7/15/2009

For laser hair removal, the women that work there make sure that you are completely comfortable, and fully aware of what is going to be ""zapped off"" Feels like a little pinch.....beauty is pain! The entire salon is wonderful, but the laser hair removal therapy has changed my life in a way that no pair of tweezers could!! I'm confident to pull my hair up, or go without make up, in the daytime! I want to thank Auntie, Judy and Gail for a hairless lease on life!!! Great Products & Discounts 7/5/2009

Had vitamin C facial, usually can't afford too many luxuries but Bella Derma had a 50 percent off special. My facial was about $65.00 !!! It was great, aesthetician seemed very knowledgeable, I was relaxed and didn't feel rushed. Spa was very clean, purchased a moisturizer which was more than I usually spend, but love the results. Am hoping to get laser hair removale in the future. VERY HAPPY, WILL BE BACK Pros: Facial treatment - medical grade products- affordable more

Great hair removal packages 4/28/2008

My girlfriend goes for hair removal all the time. It ends up costing us a decent amount of money. We recently bought her the hair removal package from bella derma. She absolutely loves the atmposphere and said the service is better than any other place she has experienced. We are both happy with the results.
