I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRIDENT DENTAL.\r \r Just so I'm clear.\r \r Facts:\r \r Three patients in the family, all THREE of us have billing issues, some more major than others. I was charged incorrectly, my son was strong armed into optional treatments (he's young and impressionable), and the wife, well, the motherlode of billing issues. \r \r Half-day or longer dental visits are common. I spent 4 1/2 hours there on MY visit, and I only had 2 fillings and a deep cleaning, the actual dental work time spent was 35 minutes. My wife is sitting there right now and into her 4th hour, and she hasn't made it past the billing person because her treatment plan is so screwed up. *Update*: They got tooth numbers wrong and the bill DOUBLED. How do you get tooth numbers wrong? Does that mean even the Dentist ends up pulling the wrong tooth? I suppose SOME people would just sign it out of frustration and just put up with it. When a car dealer gives you a revised contract with an inflated price because they screwed up...what do you call that? \r \r They have yet to properly file one of her treatments, so we have no idea what's left on insurance, that's despite FOUR rounds of calls and escalations, I had an insurance worker left WAITING for a simple fax to fix the claim, and they couldn't be bothered to take care of that (they only had to send a piece of paper, the insurance was going to ""fix"" it themselves).\r \r I don't think I'll be going back, my son won't either since he got a nice big fat bill on a Walmart part-time salary.
