I see why they have such shoddy reputations. I see why they are not accredited by the BBB. I see why they scoffed when you tell them you will take them to small claim court. They already have your deposit to invest in court fees while you'll be out some more.\r

All of them are on the same level of deceit (yes, their general manager is the worst because he's in a position to do better but doesn't). They are masters at two face and have no qualm tricking you. You'll waste your time or worst your money.\r

Fact is it's easy to promise everything but when you're not interested anymore they simply don't care. There are far too many car dealership to waste your breathe on this one. \r

Tips: \r
Do not let them hold onto anything. They will not release it because its leverage to force you to come back.\r
If for some unknown reason you decide to buy a car here. Read the purchase slip and you'll see a few hidden fees. Don't forget to question them about that.\r
