I see why they have such shoddy reputations. I see why they are not accredited by the BBB. I see why they scoffed when you tell them you will take them to small claim court. They already have your deposit to invest in court fees while you'll be out some more.\r \r All of them are on the same level of deceit (yes, their general manager is the worst because he's in a position to do better but doesn't). They are masters at two face and have no qualm tricking you. You'll waste your time or worst your money.\r \r Fact is it's easy to promise everything but when you're not interested anymore they simply don't care. There are far too many car dealership to waste your breathe on this one. \r \r Tips: \r Do not let them hold onto anything. They will not release it because its leverage to force you to come back.\r If for some unknown reason you decide to buy a car here. Read the purchase slip and you'll see a few hidden fees. Amazing Experience 2/28/2012

I cannot say enough about the staff at Atamian. This the second car I have purchased from them and I could not be happier. They gave me an excellent value on my trade and worked diligently to get the exact car I was looking for. From the Sales Rep, to the finance guys, to the General Sales Manager, every one was amazing. Great Experience Ask for Kevin Cregg 12/15/2011

I have been buying cars for 30 years now , I have bought from alot of dirt balls in my day and I have read these reviews on this page and know that there are always customers who won't be happy with there price or trade but I have to say that after dealing with Kevin Cregg from Atamian Honda I will never buy anywhere else he is a True Professional and a Good Guy..I went into the Dealership to buy a New Ridgeline and was met on the lot by him he never once told me was a Sales Manager but treated me very Professional he asked me what it was he could help me accomplish today and I told him I was there to look at Trucks I was a little pushy I have to admit but he never lost his composure with me and he continued to answer my questions , he let me Drive the Ridgeline RT and when I cme back he greeted me again and we sat and put together a Great Buying Experience , I never felt in my 30 years of buying that I felt more comfortable in buying and I did , they also got me a Great interest rate more

Stay Away From ATAMIAN!!!! 6/3/2011

Do not buy a car here!! Dishonest, cheating, liars. I can't understand why they are even in business, it's a scam from the first second you show up. They will employ every under-handed tatic you can imagine, you will get ripped off buying from them. Stay away!! Nothing is worth the misery of doing business with Atamian; car switches, hidden fee's and costs, just outright thieves!! Please, I learned the hard way, you don't need to go through this. more

I had a bad experience with Atamian Honda. Based on my only interaction with Atamian Honda, my advice is that you cannot trust what they tell you (either as a result of incompetence, duplicity, or both on their part).\r \r I present the facts of my story, and you can judge how it reflects on Atamian Honda.\r \r I was in the market for a Honda Fit. The trim and color I wanted was in short supply in the state of Massachusetts, and there was a special low-APR financing deal from Honda that was soon to expire. \r \r I was searching the online inventories of Honda dealers across the state and calling those with the model I wanted to get price quotes. I solicited a quote from Atamian Honda via their internet sales department and began a series of phone negotiations. Atamian Honda called me several times and gave me a very competitive quote on a Honda Fit that they would shortly be receiving (it wasn't yet on the lot was but was in transit and just a few days away from delivery). Bad Experience, Not Trustworthy 5/31/2011

Long story short: I negotiated a deal over the phone with Atamian Honda only to have that deal fall apart after I drove across the state to close the deal in person because of a ""mistake"" the dealer had made in making me the offer that drew me into the showroom. Either the dealer was incompetent (and truly made a ""mistake"") or lied to me. Either way, not a positive experience. more

Happy New Jetta Owner 3/30/2011

I though I would tell everyone how happy I am with Atamian VW Honda.Well were to start. I have been servicing my old jetta with them for years.Jason and Ben have done a great job keeping my Jetta in good shape.It was time to trade,so Ben the nephew of the owner Terry Atamian (who by the way supports youth baseball in Tewksbury were my kids play)got a salesperson to help me.The proccess could not have been easier I pick out a car after going over what I wanted for options and payments and they work with me to keep with in my budget.In a short amount of time I was on my way.From the sales to service Atamian VW Honda is at the top of the class for.Terry Atamian and his staff are friendly.I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. more

After having shopped 3 other local car dealers I finally made my way back to Atamian VW Honda and got the best deal from my old friend Terry Atamian. Its been years since I had driven a Honda . I was so happy to see that Terry Atamian still has the best people working with him . It was like I had never left. I bought my 1st new car from Terry Atamian in the late 80's . He was such a pleasure to deal with then and it has only gotten better. The selection of Accords was great . I got to pick the color I wanted with the V6 engine that my husband just had to have . I would have preferred the smaller engine for the better gas mileage but that just wasn't going to happen . Terry Atamian came right over to us and remembered me from years ago . As soon as he introduced me to Jim Tringale I remembered that Jim had sold me a used car for our son 6 or 7 years ago . It was old home time all over again. After having just left Atamian VW with the 5th new VW that I bought from Terry Atamian i felt compelled to write and tell everyone how nice it is to be treated like family. Terry Atamian has always gone out of his way to make sure that both myself and my son were taken care of like family. We have been customers of Atamia VW Honda since the early 80's and has been a pleasure everytime we go to Atamian VW Honda either for service or to purchase a new or used car. Today was no exception. Once again we were treated like family. Thank you Terry Atamian and yes we do Love Atamian ! 3/15 I just had to go back to get a tire fixed ( i hit a curb in the snow we got the other day ) and I just have to thank Terry Atamian again for how he always helps me out . Happy 2/16/2011

I just had to write in about what a great deal I just got from Atamian Honda / VW. The internet department with Bill was buzzing with excitement. I had to look twice at the email Bill sent me with the lowest price by over $400 from 3 other stores in the area. Bill even went as far as to get me the color I wanted and delivered it to me at my office. The whole experience at Atam ian was wonderful. I have been servicing my car at Atamian fro over 2 years and they knew the maintenance that I had done to my old car and they were able to give me more for my trade even after they beat all my other offers. There was never any pressure to buy just a family atmosphere all around . The feeling i got at 2 other stores made my stomach upset but everytime I go to Atamian I am relaxed and feel like I am with friends. I love Atamian ! more

Great Service 2/16/2011

I could not be happier with the recent service I received at Atamian VW.My car had broken down on 495 and I got towed in.(after my normal dealer not far away said they could not look at it for two day's)The service team greeted me right away.They told me that they would get it in with in the hour.Did they ever.My car was brought in and it was determined what was wrong gave me a price and fixed my car. I had it back that night.NOW that is service Ben Atamian was the guy that helped me out and I will now service my Jetta with Atamian.Thanks more

New 2011 Crv 2/15/2011

I went to Atamian to lease a new CRV and it went very well. I tried them first because I was trading a VW CC and well they have both Honda and VW. It took me a few hours but in the end I drove out with the new CRV for my wife. I worked with Steve R and one of the finance managers and I couldnt be happier! more

I have bought and serviced 4 Vehicles from Atamian VW Honda my recent one being a 2011.The salesman Jim Tringale is the best.The service team has always been pleasant to deal with they have a couple of guy's that have been there for years not many places can say that. more

I came to Atamian because they sell HONDA and VW and I had a VW CC To trade and it worked out good. It took me a few hours but Steve got be a deal I thought was fair and in the end I drove out in a new CRV. more

the best of the best 2/15/2011

I just had to tell you all about what a great experience I had at Atamian VW ,..This was by far the best car dealership that I have ever had to deal with . The salesman Chris went out of his way to make this whole process a pleasurable one . He was upfront on the pricing and gave us more for our trade than any one else... $600 more than both the dealers in Bedford and Lawrence. The owner even spent time with us going over the navigation system . That Terry Atamian is such a gentleman . He even had a helper run an errand for us while our car was getting cleaned. When we got introduced to service I recognized our old friend John and we were so happy to see that Atamian had hired him . He is exremely happy to be working for such a class organization as Atamian . This just made us feel even better for getting the best deal from the best dealer. I love Atamian ! more

I am very pleased with Atamian Honda and today I took delivery of my 4th new Honda Accord and I have bought them all from Terry Atamian. The place is 1st class from the owner to the guy out on the lot who even went and ran an errand for me while I was waiting to get my new car cleaned. Terry Atamian even went and introduced me to all the other departments and his nephew whom I already knew because he serviced my last 2 Accords I bought from Terry Atamian. I love my new Accord so much I have to tell everyone what a great place Atamian Honda is. more

Salesman told me to F'Off 12/26/2010

Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? No, Poor experience with dealer personnel\r Atamian Motors\r \r I had an unbelievable experience with this dealership over the past two days. Day one I started with getting a a pre-negotiated price through USAA bank for a 2010 TDI (500 under invoice). The dealer agreed to honor it. I brought in my trade which is an 09 Jetta SE. KBB has a trade in value of 13,900 and their first offer was 10,500. After calling out the used car guy he came up to 11,000, yup....a whole 500!!! I understand they don't use KBB but it's not a bad start for us consumers. The salesman actually challenged me by looking up to verify the KBB estimate. John...you didn't believe me? I left at that point. The next day I was emailed by the internet sales guy(not a bad guy and at least he has some people skills). After some going back and forth they came up to 12,000. Still too far off but I agreed to close the deal. Still think I'm not being flexible John? A more

Great Service and Parts Departments 10/29/2008

I have had the complete opposite experience with Atamian than several reviewers. My VW Phaeton's power steering suddenly went out and I was expecting major repairs but Atamian found that a bleed screw had come out and dumped all the PS fluid. They replaced it, bled the system, all for $100. They could have screwed me, but didn't. Their parts folk have always been very helpful. more

Steer clear of here 8/31/2007

Bought a 'new' civic, discovered sometime later many after market suspension components on vehicle and evidence of collision damage. Plenty of other Honda dealers to go to other there here. more
