My family and I were traveling back from NC on vacation and our the wheel bearing on our SUV broke. Being from Ohio and not knowing the area we at the mercy of our GPS and IPHONE apps. Calling garage after garage nobody could get us in. Finally the last garage we called recomended Estep Tire & Auto because their mechanic was on vacation. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who said she could get us in after lunch - which worked out perfectly because we were about a half hour away. Upon entering the store we were taken back with the hospitality and friendly service the store extended to us. From the owner to the manager to the mechanic and receptionist they extended the friendliest service I could have ever hoped for - Although this was an emergency service call they had us back on the road with 2 hours which was REMARKABLE! I cant extend enough thanks to those folks because they truely went above and beyond of what we expected. My family and I would definitely recomend Estep Tire
