5/30/14: I have never been treated so rudely by any company in any industry. I called for a leaky water heater and was informed that "water on my part does not mean an emergency on their part". I explained that I have water all over my finished basement and need this fixed and was again given the option for a week later. After I questioned again, the man said "since you arent getting your way, I will be rude...." and continued to speak to me like a 3 year old. I hired a different company and when i called back to speak to a supervisor, I was informed that I had been speaking to the owner the whole time. When I explained why I was upset, (I am a doctor and used my business as an example) he said " doctors are like that." Then he hung up. I would never use this company and neither should you.
