Review content:
I have a mixed feelings about this hospital. As mentioned in another review, there are a LOT of doctors, so you rarely get to see the same one twice. Sometimes a doctor that you saw the week before will have no recollection of ever having seen you before. Ditto for front office people. I agree, they are COLD, nasty, impersonal, and will ignore people who need help. You have to sign in and wait for EVERYTHING, even if just to pick up a prescription refill. I once waited over 30 minutes to buy cat food, because I had to "wait my turn." When I complained that the other people were waiting for doctors, and I only wanted to buy some Science Diet, the girl behind the counter said in the snottiest tone, "What's your problem ma'am?" On the plus side, the hours are convenient. They are open seven days, with early morning hours on the weekdays. However, GO EARLY. Parking spaces are very limited. Also a plus - they treat exotics, including birds and ferrets. Bottom line, it's crowded and chaotic.
