Is there nothing that can be done to put these folks out of business. They are fine as long as your pet is but as soon as your pet needs help the dollar signs start flying. They take advantage of people during a rough emotional time and extort money from them. I took my two dogs there for years no problem but as soon as I needed their help in an emergency situation they want a commitment to several hundred dollars before they would do anything. Run don't walk from this place they are the most uncompassionate people I have ever encountered.\r
