I've been a loyal Cheap stair parts customer for years. About a week ago, I was in the process of ordering online when I noticed that one of their competitors actually had a lower price on one of their twist balusters. I called Cheap Stair Parts and they price matched the other company's baluster for me. They really are always the cheapest! Thanks! more

Really great products 4/9/2015

I purchased about 80 mixed balusters from their santa fe collection for a full staircase remodel. The free shipping over 1,500 option actually ended up making the order way under market price. These guys have by far the lowest priced products I have been able to find. Thanks! more

Great Prices and customer service 6/19/2014

I ordered stair parts from this company because they beat competitor prices by 5% and offer free shipping in the Houston area. Their stair parts are House of Forgings, which is carried at local big box home improvement stores and are marked up at least 100%. Their prices were really great and customer service was good too. I placed two different orders, about 3 weeks apart from each other. more

We ordered back in January from Douglas. We bought some red oak handrail and newel posts because ours could not be salvaged in our remodel. The baluster we chose were the plain ones with knuckles. They are simple and clean and just what the wife wanted. more

I went to the website, designed my staircase with the wood and wrought iron. Then, I picked all of the parts that I needed and the order was shipped to my home. I received the order the following morning. The website was really the best one out there. The prices were very reasonable. more

I am a General Contractor and purchased parts from Cheapstairparts.com, The railing parts were comparable to Home Depot in price but the quality was a tad better. I saved a lot of time shopping on line as opposed to store shopping. The parts were deliver quickly and were packaged properly. I would recommend this company more
