My wife and I love Keffer Mitsubishi. You cannot find quality and World Class car dealerships these days (especially with a struggling economy). We want to give kudos to the 100th degree to JC our salesman and Heather our service person. We feel at home every time we visit Keffer. Last year we were taken advantage of by another dealership. We were in need of two vehicles. JC saved us from getting ripped off twice. We were able to get one vehicle from Keffer even though we fell short of getting two vehicles because of how we were ripped off by the other dealership. We have gone to other places such as AAA, other car dealerships for oil changes and tire rotations, but we always are disatisfied with the quality of service and always seem to find another issue with our vehicle that was not there before.
