Keffer Mazda

I was contracted by Keffer Mazda to do some reconditioning work on their vehicles. After agreeing on a price, I did the work. After the work was finished, Gabriel told me he could not pay me for the services I performed. I was very professional, yet persistent in attempting to collect payment. At the end of the day, they simply took 30% off the bill, and told me they would pay me that amount and no more. (I have yet to receive payment) Buyers beware - Dishonest business practices here! more

The staff was courteous and professional, plus they had the work done on time and under budget. I was so impressed I started looking at a new vehicle, and bought one. No extra sales pressure; just the same quality service up in the front of the dealership as there was in the service and parts department. more

My wife and I love Keffer Mitsubishi. You cannot find quality and World Class car dealerships these days (especially with a struggling economy). We want to give kudos to the 100th degree to JC our salesman and Heather our service person. We feel at home every time we visit Keffer. Last year we were taken advantage of by another dealership. We were in need of two vehicles. JC saved us from getting ripped off twice. We were able to get one vehicle from Keffer even though we fell short of getting two vehicles because of how we were ripped off by the other dealership. We have gone to other places such as AAA, other car dealerships for oil changes and tire rotations, but we always are disatisfied with the quality of service and always seem to find another issue with our vehicle that was not there before. My Wife and I have visited many car dealerships. This dealership was the most honest and professional dealer we have came into contact with. The Salesman was upfront and knowledgeable. The General Manager took the time to meet us, and gave us a great deal on our vehicle protection warranty. Our Salesman J.C. was very helpful and understood we are on a budget. The Internet Manager A.M. treated with respect, and as a valued customer. Their Team did not give off ?the used car salesman persona?. They were no games or gimmicks, hidden agendas. Their goal was to meet our needs and stay within our budget. The Team?s ability to get me in and out in less than an hour was amazing. I?ve never seen excellent service within a short amount of time. We will definitely recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family.
