In September 2011 I called out Conroe Air to replace a faulty evap coil. In July 2012 this newly installed coil had to be replaced again. On this occasion the technicians damaged the wall of our home when replacing the coil but did not report it. I reported it to the operations manager at Conroe Air but after four weeks he had done nothing about it. Only after contacting their lame duck CEO was a dry wall repair man sent out. I also enquired from the operations manager about air eascaping from the AC unit after they worked on it and he promptly asked the dry wall repair man to check it out. What a joke......\r As the coil was under warranty part of the labor cost is carried by the manufacturer. I enquired about this and was told by Conroe Air that my coil did not qualify for this re-embursement. Months later I again queried this and then they all of a sudden sent me a $300 check.
