My experience with this company was HORRIBLE. I was totally OVERCHARGED and the customer service was TERRIBLE!! Not only did they have to come back out to replace the "same parts" that was already paid for in previous months, they had enough nerve to charge me for the same parts again!! Along with an extra charge of $100.00 to open a warehouse to go get these parts!! Knowing that I needed my air conditioning fixed and that I was at their mercy, they to say the least "royally screwed me". Companies like this should not be supported by good paying customers, such as myself and yourself!! In fact, they should be regulated from screwing people at a time of need. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ~ TRUST ME. YOU WILL GET SCREWED TOO!!!!
