We contacted Roto-Rooter from Nashville, TN after we discovered that our main sewer pipe had collapsed under our basement. This was an incredibly stressful realization for us at first. We couldn't even imagine how much the repair would cost, and definitely didn't want to deal with all of the out-to-get-your-money contractors. We decided to go ahead and get a free estimate and inspection with Roto-Rooter. First, the person answering the phones and scheduling was very professional, yet personable. Our plumber was the same. He worked hard throughout the whole day to install a new sewage pipe, and did a great job with it. He never tried to pressure us to pay for unnecessary service. He gave us honest advice, and we will definitely use him and Roto-Rooter again in the future!
