Review content:
We actually booked this hotel to escape a horrible experience at another hotel in the area. Since it was a last minute booking, we didn't get the deal I wanted but I understood that in advance. I called them right after booking and described what had happened at our other hotel and they assured me they would take care of us (family of 5). They gave us a great room in a primo location. When we had an issue with the tub stopper, they sent their tech right over and he fixed it in a jiffy. The front desk clerk was VERY accommodating and even printed out some local restaurant coupons for us off the internet. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
