We found this hotel to be well-kept, clean and a good value for the money. Everything was in good condition and well-maintained. Not a fancy hotel, but a good place to stay as a convenient base for visiting all the sights to see in the region, including the Grand Canyon. It was located next door to a couple of casual dining restaurants, so getting a quick snack or meal was easy. It was also a very short drive to nearby supermarkets, gas stations, etc. We stayed at this hotel for the first two nights in the area and at another hotel in Sedona for the the third night, but in retrospect we should have stayed at the Rodeway for all three nights. It's only about a 40-minute drive to downtown Sedona from this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is light but good, featuring breads, muffins, cereals, juices and coffee. The rates were reasonable too. I would stay there again and everyone in our group was pleased. The only negative, a minor one, is that the ice machine in our building was not working or perhaps other guests had cleaned out all the ice before we tried to use it.
