I have no complaints. I did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked due to my being in a lot of pain, but once I was back in the ER the doctor was very thorough and sent me for the correct tests, which confirmed his initial diagnosis. He was also very sympathetic and understanding and before I left the ER dept., I was referred to one of the best specialists in the area. He operated on me the very next morning and removed my gallbladder that turned out to be very infected and full of gallstones.
I did not notice if any of the beds' linen were changed or garage collected. I'm sure my husband would have mentioned to me if it were. I am sorry to hear that other people did not have such a positive experience at this hospital.
