Going the extra mile. David B came on time and not only fixed the faucets but did a complete home inspection. He was very thorough and professional in determining what might have caused the failure. My house is only 3 years old and he was concerned there might be something causing the premature leaking. He concluded the water was fine and that the issue was most likely caused by original installation heating of the pipes with the cartridge installed. Bottom line - I plan to use Genz-Ryan for any future plumbing issues.
