I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years. I never had a problem upgrading my cell phone until I came to this store. I had an upgrade available on my cell phone and I chose a cell phone that was free over the internet and chose the option to pick it up at this store. I came in at the time of my appointment and Cameron the sales associate attended me. After he looked up my information he proceeded to tell me that they did not have the phone in stock and I will have to purchase a different one. I explained to him that the one I was getting was free and that the web site had indicated that it was available at that store. He told me there was no way they could know what is in their inventory and that I could purchase a phone and make payments on it. Once again I told him that there were free phones on the website. He said they could not do that on the store. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor and Cameron told me he would put me in the waiting list. I said no and then he said t
