I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years. I never had a problem upgrading my cell phone until I came to this store. I had an upgrade available on my cell phone and I chose a cell phone that was free over the internet and chose the option to pick it up at this store. I came in at the time of my appointment and Cameron the sales associate attended me. After he looked up my information he proceeded to tell me that they did not have the phone in stock and I will have to purchase a different one. I explained to him that the one I was getting was free and that the web site had indicated that it was available at that store. He told me there was no way they could know what is in their inventory and that I could purchase a phone and make payments on it. Once again I told him that there was free phones on the website. He said they could not do that on the store. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor and Cameron told me he would put me in the waiting list. I said no and then he said the manager might not be in the store. I asked him again to speak to a supervisor and told me he would look in the back for him. He came out later with a different phone and said I would have to pay for it. He said the supervisor couldn't do anything about it. I kept saying that I never had a problem before, he then proceeded to tell me I would have to go home cancel the order, place another order and come back in a couple hours (which was after they closed already). Cameron was absolutely rude, the manager, whose name according to Cameron is Dan, never came out and they refused to upgrade my phone. I called sprint directly when I left and they said that they did have the phone in stock at the store and were able to track the quantity in their inventory. Sprint overnighted the phone in responsed to my call. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Beware of the sales associates trying to get extra commision money out of you.
