Everything went perfect! From the precise sales presentation from Doug, to the expertise and teamwork of everyone on the install job. Usually the "big guys" get the reputation of lacking in personal attention…not so Bell Bros! Josh, the technical "leader", led the team…and all seemed to not only focus on the job, but they all were having "fun" while doing it. Carlos, "the crawler" was out of site as the duct man…don't know how he survived! Seemed like Nick was everywhere engaged in every aspect. Amon was thorough and explained the install process concisely! Adam worked with us carefully to be sure the "finish" was without flaw! Much less stress than anticipated! We are going to miss our Bell Bros "family"…but we are so very pleased with the team and the work! Everything works PERFECT!
