This was my first time using AirCon, and I was encouraged by the number of positive reviews I saw online--and the Angie's List 2013 service award decal on the van that showed up. A rep answered the phone before 8 am on a Saturday and the tech, Will, Arrived before 1 pm the same day. He was very thorough and polite and explained everything, including the more affordable option for fixing the problem with my relay. I will be a repeat customer after this great first experience.
