I have purchased almost 2K of furniture from Palm Casual - basically the PVC based items. The cushions are terrible. In less than 2 years the product faded away. I went back to the store and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do, but they would give me $20 off on new items. When you buy their product, they tell you that they stand behind their products. It is very clear that is not the case. They are terrible and have no regards for the customer. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
