\r We just recently bought patio furniture at Palm Casual in Orlando. It has been years since we purchased our PVC furniture from there and it has lasted so long that we haven't had the need to look. Wow, what a difference from 20 years ago. There showroom is beautiful and has many different styles other than PVC. We purchased a wicker set and were able to coordinate cushion colors with hundreds of choices! Our furniture was delivered in just over one week and it looks great! I would recommend shopping there before you buy. more

I have purchased almost 2K of furniture from Palm Casual - basically the PVC based items. The cushions are terrible. In less than 2 years the product faded away. I went back to the store and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do, but they would give me $20 off on new items. When you buy their product, they tell you that they stand behind their products. It is very clear that is not the case. They are terrible and have no regards for the customer. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. more

Not happy with Palm Casual at all! took tow weeks for order to come in then only half of my order came in. They delivered without out even calling to schedule. now over a week later I have to keep calling to get the final part of my order. They dont call or communicate at all with customers. Product had scuff marks all over. they wont do anythign about how the priduct was delivered. Do not use this company. you will nto be happy at all. more

Bought our first set of patio furniture from them 20 years ago. (Just now replacing the sling and cushions) Also getting a new umbrella with a 7 year guarantee against fading. Would highly recommend this company. more

Palm Casual Excellent Service 9/19/2009

I have owned patio furniture for 9 years and I have been impressed by their excellent service. After 3 years they re-stuffed the cushions free of charge. A couple of years leter I bought a new design and they gave generous credit for the old (8 year old cushions). This year they have again repaire some broken tubes more

Great service from Palm Casual 9/4/2008

We bought our outdoor furniture from Palm casual 8 years ago. This last week we broke the frame on a 3 sectional sofa really bad. As we live outside of the United States, I called this morning to get spare pipe and fittings to repair the unit. The salesperson took the information, promised the goods would be shipped within 24 hours, and informed me that there was no charge, not even for the shipping, as the goods are covered under a lifetime warranty. That is excellent service. more

Buyer Beware! 4/13/2007

My mother very recently bought a table and umbrella from the Palm Casual Store in Melbourne, US 1. (All the stores are owned by the same people) The table fell over in a stiff wind (no the umbrella was NOT up!) and cracked beyond repair. The manager of the store told us they do not guarantee their product against the elements (these are made to go outside, right?) and refused any kind of compensation whatsoever. If you get what you pay for: SPEND MORE! An inferior product and inferior service. Basically, an inferior store. Buyer Beware! more

Love this place 7/22/2005

We were looking for somehting casual for our dinnette. We were so surprised by the selection and such great prices. We had a hard time choosing from all the great fabric selections but once we did, we received our table and chairs quickly and they have held up wonderfully. more
