Review content:
Nick was professional and did a good job of clearing the clog and also cleaning up after. Though, I wasn't satisfied by the dispatch service as originally I was informed a technician would show up between 8-9 am. They were courteous to update me around 8:15am that they didn't have one available and one should arrive no later than 10am. But again no one showed up nor did anyone call until i called to check the status at 10:30. Finally, Nick was dispatched at 11:15 am. I would hope they can estimate the appointment times better to help the customers also take care of their day to day chores.
