My husband I bought a 2011 Sonata & purchased an extended maintenance contract. Joe, our salesman, was great!! But I'm disappointed in service. Yes, they addressed all of our issues & everything seems to have been fixed. My issue is with the fact that an airbag light was on & the explanation was something along the lines of "the passenger sensor still registered that someone over 100lbs was still in the seat. & that happens bc sometimes electronics are sat on the seat & it causes the censor to misread, get stuck..." The part that's my issue is that I paid an hour labor based on a guess on something that is not my issue, sounds like an issue w the vehicle. We bought an extended maint plan & have not used it once. With my vehicle which is a 325xi, this would have been covered bc it's not my negligence.
