My repair experience 3/14/2014

The check engine light came on so I scheduled an appointment online. I got in at the time I wanted. I drove to the dealership, the work was performed quickly and under warranty. I enjoyed the coffee in the waiting area while they fixed my car and then washed it before returning it. I pass another Hyundai dealership to come here. I appreciate the service and courtesy I receive. more

weather stripping not covered 3/14/2014

I brought my Tucson in for oil change and to have someone look at my weather stripping on the door. I was told it was not covered because we must have rubbed against it and it split. If you look you can see it split on a seam. And also how many times in your life have you had to replace weather stripping on your car doors. This is a first in 41 years of owning car's. Also after my oil change my Tucson leaked oil all over my concrete I had to bring it back in to get it fixed. Very disappointed !!!!!!!! more

Could use some inprovement 3/12/2014

My husband I bought a 2011 Sonata & purchased an extended maintenance contract. Joe, our salesman, was great!! But I'm disappointed in service. Yes, they addressed all of our issues & everything seems to have been fixed. My issue is with the fact that an airbag light was on & the explanation was something along the lines of "the passenger sensor still registered that someone over 100lbs was still in the seat. & that happens bc sometimes electronics are sat on the seat & it causes the censor to misread, get stuck..." The part that's my issue is that I paid an hour labor based on a guess on something that is not my issue, sounds like an issue w the vehicle. We bought an extended maint plan & have not used it once. With my vehicle which is a 325xi, this would have been covered bc it's not my negligence. more
