Review content:
I had 6-7 companies come to my house and provide estimates for a new refrigerated air installation. Carlson was not the lowest bidder, or the highest. In contracting terms, I thought they offered the "best overall value." I have not been disappointed. They performed the job exactly as they said, including being on time and having a sufficient number of employees to do the job as planned. To a person, all B-Carlson staff were honest, professional, and courteous. I had a follow-up issue that they are rectifying, even though it is not directly related to the install - - this is above and beyond what I expected. B-Carlson has surpassed my expectations, and they have won me over as a customer. And I will honor their request that "A positive review is the highest compliment we can earn." I gladly give B-Carlson this compliment.
