Good experience 3/21/2014

B.Carlson, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing Inc. always do an excellent job and I have never had trouble with getting them to fix something. They are experienced and know what they're doing. I'd like them to be cheaper, but other than that they're great. They installed a full house refrigerator and air conditioning system in my house awhile back. They have been in business for years. In January they did the standard service and replaced my thermostat. They've also done plumbing and installed the hot water and fixed a leak. My only negative experience was they installed a water softener that the rings went bad on and they couldn't replace them and now my option are to continue to have a bad water softening system, or buy a new one, which is expensive. Aside from this, most of my experiences with them were pretty positive. more

Professional, Courteous, Timely and Knowledgeable 3/18/2014

In my experience with B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Inc., they have always been a good business to deal with. I have continued to use them going on 3 years now and will continue to do so. The guys were very knowledgeable when they came out and didn't leave me hanging with any questions. That's what I look for when I hire someone for a service and they met my expectations. I will be using them again soon when I go on a trip so I can be prepared for the summer heat. more

new refrigerated air installation, and duct cleaning 3/17/2014

I had 6-7 companies come to my house and provide estimates for a new refrigerated air installation. Carlson was not the lowest bidder, or the highest. In contracting terms, I thought they offered the "best overall value." I have not been disappointed. They performed the job exactly as they said, including being on time and having a sufficient number of employees to do the job as planned. To a person, all B-Carlson staff were honest, professional, and courteous. I had a follow-up issue that they are rectifying, even though it is not directly related to the install - - this is above and beyond what I expected. B-Carlson has surpassed my expectations, and they have won me over as a customer. And I will honor their request that "A positive review is the highest compliment we can earn." I gladly give B-Carlson this compliment. more

Would definitely recommend! 2/24/2014

I had a totally satisfactory, no problem visit from B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc. I thought the technician who came to my home was wonderful. He was a great guy, very respectful, and he did a good job. I felt secure with the job he did. The only reason why I didn't give them five stars is because I didn't know he was going to do a diagnostic, but I might have misunderstood. I thought it was going to be $79 dollars, but it was $149. But again, I think that might have been more my fault than his. I would definitely recommend them! more
