Review content:
I was particularly dissatisfied with the amount of time in which it takes for the order to be completed and sent out. The postal service delivery of mail is slow as well. The recipient may not get the piece for 14 - 21 days from the time it was ordered. This are time sensitive mailings.

Hi Garland,
Your order was printed and mailed in 3 days. Once it leaves our facility it is in the hands of the USPS and we don't have control over their delivery.
Your order was placed on Tuesday, February 21. It was picked up by USPS on Friday, February 24th. It indicates a send date of February 27th in your order history as the system only updates the next business day. (Weekends are excluded) Considering your order was sent out on the 24th, it looks like your order was printed and mailed in 3 days.
According to USPS - delivery of your mail can be expected in 5-7 days. This does not include poor weather conditions... (during the past few weeks the horrible weather condition has further delayed delivery as well)
