I'm new to sending out direct mail and now that I have direction on how to do it and a great choice of letters or postcards, I'm on my way! It took me awhile to figure it out the first time, but it's so easy to call and get help. It takes a few days for mail to go out and once it hits the post office I get calls within a couple of days. more

I found the web site to be confusing without a smooth flow to the process. However, after I called the support number I was led through th process in a way that made it a positive experience. more

I was very impressed with my experience with Go Big printing and in particular Andy. He stayed on the phone with me way past normal business hours, doing all that he could to make sure my order was done right. This was my first time dealing with the company so I was a good feeling knowing that the employees go out of there way to answer all questions, and walk us through the process of ordering and creating our mailing campaigns. I was particularly dissatisfied with the amount of time in which it takes for the order to be completed and sent out. The postal service delivery of mail is slow as well. The recipient may not get the piece for 14 - 21 days from the time it was ordered. This are time sensitive mailings. RESPONSE FROM Go Big Printing: Hi Garland, Your order was printed and mailed in 3 days. Once it leaves our facility it is in the hands of the USPS and we don't have control over their delivery. Your order was placed on Tuesday, February 21. It was picked up by USPS on Friday, February 24th. It indicates a send date of February 27th in your order history as the system only updates the next business day. (Weekends are excluded) Considering your order was sent out on the 24th, it looks like your order was printed and mailed in 3 days. According to USPS - delivery of your mail can be expected in 5-7 days. This does not include poor weather conditions... (during the past few weeks the horrible weather condition has further delayed delivery as well) We see that you ordered 212 pieces. According to basic direct mail return practices that would mean that you'd get 3 calls.
