I’m new to the Houston area and am very cautious about where I board my pets, they are my children! When I e-mailed them for information I got a response back within a day. They welcomed my visit and offered a tour of their kennel, which surprised me because most places won’t let you past the lobby door. I did the tour and did board my pets there and have to say they did an amazing job. I was able to take my guys back to their room and set the room up just like I wanted it. When I picked them up 7 days later I was greeted with clean, beautifully groomed happy Shih Tzu’s. Peanut and Freckles will diffidently be back for a spa/resort stay the next time I go away for business.
