Treat the animals fantastic but belittle the owners and employees.

Zero stars if I could 4/2/2021

The owner Guinette is verbal abusive. She uses her employees to do non related work like mowing her lawn planting her plants on her personal property. She tried to embarrass me and talk down on me to almost all the employees in the building which was unnecessary. It was very uncalled for and was targeting me out. Everything was my fault and tried to make me the bad guy for things that wasn't my fault. She doesn't know how to speak to people and she thinks it's ok to belittle someone and it's not so I peacefully quit. The employees have clearly gotten use to the verbal abuse from Guinette and the manager Linda. I don't care how much you pay me. They abuse their power and I will never work for anyone who doesn't know how to speak to me respectfully. more

Amazing! 7/9/2017

My dogs stay in Prestonwood Kennels was just amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I especially loved the fact that they were able to take my baby out 4 times a day and let him stretch his little legs out. The entire time I was gone I knew he was in great hands! I'll definitely tell all my friends and family about it! more

I completely trust Prestonwood Kennels. 6/14/2017

I completely trust Prestonwood Kennels to groom my three poodles and day care. I drive 45 minutes from Memorial area to go there. I often do my shopping and errands in the area while they are being groomed. They always work with my schedule to get all of my dogs groomed and ready while I run my errands so I don't have to drive all the way home and then back again across town. more

I am very satisfied 6/7/2017

I am very satisfied with my dog's stay at Prestonwood. I always get them nature walks and playtimes. The employee who does the playtime fills out a report on how it went, and they always get my dog's behavior spot on, like how one dog likes to play with the hose and that one is super outgoing and the other is shy but gets excited to see her sibling because I board in separate rooms. I love how they get to know my dogs, that they can tell me things about how they act that I never tell them! more

I absolutely love Prestonwood Kennels! I've boarded. my dog for years and only trust Prestonwood Kennels to take care of my baby! I drive an hour each way just to bring him to Prestonwood. My Lab Jax loves everyone and the facility. He swims, plays in social club very day, and the front desk is full of toys as a reward when I pick him up. The staff is more than courteous, loving, and helpful also! I highly recommend Prestonwood to take care of your pups, training, day care, grooming, etc! They are so loving and it feels like a family visit every time! Home away from home with a hotel atmosphere for my spoiled Labrador Retriever! Only the best for my dog and they are the best!!! more
