I WAS a patient at Lancaster Medical. I no longer am. I think the woman at the front desk is rude and they are quite money hungry. They do not care about your health, just your checkbook. They expect you to come in when it is not necessary and will not refill your prescriptions unless you make an appt. I questioned them when they insisted I come in for a ""follow up"", asking them ""A follow up on WHAT""? I was told ""to check your high blood pressure."" I told them I do not have high blood pressure (I have low blood pressure). This alone confirmed that they do not care about their patients. I had to make an appt. because I needed refills. They charged my insurance co. $400 for this ""follow up"". They charge you an extra $50 for an evening appt. and also charged me $50 for a missed appt.....which I refuse to pay, explaining to them that I only pay for services rendered. The place is a joke and the absolute worst professional office I've ever encountered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
