I handle estates for a living, and as such have been a repeat costumer. I have sold six and consigned two (grand) pianos to Lotof. He has been willing to pay a fair price, with timely payment as promised, and never left me wondering about any aspect of the transaction. Kim has moved several grands for me, including an adventure down a spiral staircase, and my moms piano when we inherited it. Very professional, handled with care, no issues of any sort, and at a very fair price. As a repeat user of services I see when companies can be at their best or at their worst. Lotof and Kim have always impressed me with their stellar service, and I recommend them highly.
