Next time I am in the market for a used vehicle my first stop will be at Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife. I had been looking for a crew cab diesel pick up to replace the 7.3L F250 I lost in a divorce. I had a frustrating experience at a Puyuallup dealership the weekend prior when I walked out when they could not meet my monthly payment cap. Infiniti of Tacoma had a 2006 Dodge Ram in my price range so I inquired about it online. Kevin Pedersen got back to me in minutes. I let him know about my prior experience and what my budget needs were. I made it clear that I would not make the trip to Fife unless my payment requirements were met. Kevin had me apply online and was able to secure the approval on the Dodge at the payment I had requested. The only thing left to do was the test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was parked out front waiting for me. Mike Cameron met me and let me know that Kevin had asked him to take care of me. Mike took me out on roads that would really test the truck so I could get the best feel for it. He was very accommodating to my sister and 1 year old niece who had come along for the ride. Mike answered all questions I had about the truck. Back at the dealership the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Mike provided me with the service records and Kevin went through the final numbers with me giving me a very fair deal on my trade in. Eliana in the credit department went over each piece of paper that I signed. With in 2 hours of arriving I drove away in my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500!
