I will absolutely use Mr. Handyman of S. Orange/ Westfield/ Scotch Plains & Metuchen again! The handyman was timely, and he was thorough in explaining what needed to be done to accomplish the work I requested he evaluate.
He had very good recommendations about things around the home that I could plan out later, and I really appreciated that. He was very diligent about how he worked the entire day he was at my home.
Ann is the one who called me back after my initial phone call. She was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining the pricing structure, my options, how they work and how they vet their contractors. It gave me a very good comfort level that not only was their professionalism up to par, but that there were internal controls from the company that could make me feel at home working with them.
