This place is utterly ridiculous! My daughter and her friend rented a Brand NEW trailer in this park. From the first day, it was a nightmare! The plumbing did not work.. Unknown to them, so the first night they showered, washed some dishes, and used the kitchen sink several times. The next morning, the floors in the kitchen bathroom and nearest bedroom were wet. They immediately went to the office who sent a maintainence man out . He tightened some pipes looked under the trailer and said it was all fixed. Well it wasn't!! Later that day the toilet was slow flushing so the girls plunged it, water went down, but next use of toilet it came up in the tub!! They reported this to the office again, never seen anyone come and check it out. Went to office CLOSED!! Called emergency # no response,! This went on for 3 days. The kids had to use the office bathroom( when they were open) or find someplace else to go...how awful! Finally they got in touch with a lawyer and reported that to the office Then they decided to put the kids up in a hotel for a few days until it was fixed!! All is good there, but after the septic/ drainage problem was fixed, there floors were ruined in the kitchen and carpet soaked in the bedrooms!! This took a week to complete... Now they are told they have 10 days to vacate the trailer as they have dogs and the office claims they have no knowledge of any animals!! THeY PAID a PET DEPOSIT!! Really?? Is it even LEGAL to give a 10 day notice to vacate? These people are really ridiculous!! I suppose they think because these are young kids they can treat them this way!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Especially if you are looking to buy, lease, or rent to own! Then lo and behold today they tried to tow my daughters car away! What the heck she has a parking permit... I guess that's not worth anymore then the paper it's written on!!
